铁血战王

**121章:「权力的游戏,权力之战—暗夜的决心」(The Game of Power, Battle for Power—Midnight Resolve)**

"Alright, team," Captain Zhang's voice cut through the silence, his words dripping with a sense of gravity. "We have a situation. Intel reports a high-ranking member of the Red Vipers, a notorious drug cartel, has gone rogue and is hiding in the nearby city. Our mission is to extract him and bring him in for questioning."

Zhao Tianxiong's heart quickened as he felt the adrenaline surge through his veins. This was the kind of operation he had been training for – high-stakes, high-risk, and high-reward.

"Captain, what's the plan?" he asked, his mind racing with strategies.

"We'll be going in solo, with minimal backup," Captain Zhang replied, his eyes locked onto Zhao Tianxiong's. "You're the point man, Tianxiong. You'll lead the extraction team, followed by Wei and Wu. We'll move in, get the target, and get out."

The team nodded, some of them exchanging glances, others checking their gear. Zhao Tianxiong felt a sense of pride and responsibility wash over him – he was being trusted with the mission.

Zhao Tianxiong's eyes snapped to the front, his hand instinctively reaching for his sidearm. A group of rough-looking thugs emerged from the shadows, their eyes gleaming with a mix of hostility and curiosity.

"Looks like our target's entourage," Captain Zhang whispered, his voice low and deadly. "Take them down, team."

The battle was swift and brutal, the team moving like a well-oiled machine. Zhao Tianxiong took down two of the thugs with swift kicks and punches, while Wei and Wu handled the others.

As they caught their breath, Zhao Tianxiong's eyes locked onto the door of the nearby building. "That's our target," he said, his voice firm. "Let's move."

But as they entered the building, they found themselves face-to-face with a hail of gunfire. The Red Vipers had set up a trap, and the team was about to walk into it.

"Retreat!" Captain Zhang yelled, his voice echoing off the walls.

Zhao Tianxiong spun around, his heart racing with panic. They had to get out, and fast. But as they turned to leave, the doors slammed shut behind them, trapping them inside...
