第83章 "Flames of Fury Unleashed"

龙血战神

**83 Chapter: The Burning Embers**

Little Fifth's eyes still blazed with fury, his chest heaving with ragged breaths. Lin Feng's calm demeanor was starting to unnerve the young dragon, and he could feel the air thickening with tension.

"Fool!" Little Fifth spat, his voice like a crack of thunder. "You think you can just waltz in here and ignore my demands? I've had enough of your empty promises!"

Lin Feng's eyes never left Little Fifth's face, his expression unreadable. "I've told you before, Little Fifth. I'm not going to back down. Not when it comes to our people's freedom."

The young dragon's anger seemed to surge anew, and he took a step forward, his claws extended. Lin Feng didn't flinch, his hands still held loosely at his sides.

"You're so blinded by your own arrogance, Lin Feng," Little Fifth sneered. "You think you're some kind of hero, but you're just a relic of the past. A relic that's holding our people back!"

Lin Feng's calm façade began to crack, his eyes flashing with anger. "How dare you!" he growled, his voice low and menacing. "I've fought tooth and nail for our people's freedom, and you have the nerve to call me a relic?"

Little Fifth's grin was triumphant, but Lin Feng could see the fear lurking beneath. "You may have won a few battles, Lin Feng, but you'll never win the war. Not against me."

The air seemed to vibrate with the weight of their words, the tension between them palpable. And then, without warning, Little Fifth vanished, leaving Lin Feng feeling like he'd been punched in the gut.

"Little Fifth..." Lin Feng called out, his voice echoing through the empty space. "We're not done yet. Not by a long shot."

As he turned to leave, he caught a glimpse of himself in a nearby mirror. His eyes were blazing with an inner fire, and his jaw was set in a determined line. He knew what he had to do. He had to put an end to this madness once and for all.

But as he walked away, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched. That Little Fifth was waiting for him, biding his time.

The embers of their conflict were still burning bright, and Lin Feng knew that the real battle was only just beginning.
