**Chapter 88: The Finish Line**
The clock was ticking down, and Lin Feng's team was running out of time. The opposing team's crowd was on their feet, screaming and waving their arms, as if they could will their team to victory. Lin Feng, however, remained focused, his eyes fixed on the court.
"This is it, guys," he yelled to his teammates. "We need to give it everything we've got. No regrets, no excuses!"
His teammates nodded, their faces set with determination. They knew that this was their only chance to turn the game around.
Lin Feng received the ball from his teammate, and he drove towards the basket. The opposing team's defenders were waiting for him, but he was too quick. He dodged one, then another, and finally sunk a layup to tie the game.
The crowd erupted, and Lin Feng's teammates rushed over to hug him. The opposing team, however, was not ready to give up. They pushed the ball up the court, and their star player, Wang Xue, launched a three-pointer from beyond half court.
The ball arced towards the basket, and time seemed to slow down. Lin Feng leapt into the air, his arms outstretched, and snatched the ball away from Wang Xue's fingertips. The crowd gasped in unison as Lin Feng landed awkwardly, clutching the ball to his chest.
"That's a steal, Lin Feng!" the commentator shouted, his voice echoing through the stadium.
Lin Feng took off, sprinting towards the baseline as his teammates cheered him on. He launched a three-pointer, the ball soaring through the air as the clock ticked down to the final seconds.
The ball bounced off the rim, and Lin Feng's heart sank. But then, a miracle happened. The rebound came flying back out to Lin Feng, who collected it and launched another three-pointer.
The buzzer sounded as the ball went through the net, and the crowd went wild. Lin Feng's teammates lifted him onto their shoulders, cheering and chanting his name.
"We did it, guys! We did it!"
Lin Feng grinned, his eyes shining with tears of joy. He had done it. He had led his team to victory, and he had proved to himself that he was still a force to be reckoned with.
But as he celebrated with his teammates, a shadow loomed in the background. Wang Xue, the opposing team's star player, was walking towards him, a look of determination in his eyes.
"This isn't over, Lin Feng," Wang Xue growled. "I'll make sure you pay for what you did out there."
The words sent a shiver down Lin Feng's spine. He knew that this was far from over, and he had a feeling that the real battle was only just beginning.
