都市之最强狂兵

**Chapter 167: The Game of Shadows (Part 58)**

"I'll give you a chance to surrender, Xiao," Lin Feng's voice was low and menacing, his words dripping with venom. "But don't think for a second that I'll go easy on you. You're just as guilty as the rest of them."

Xiao Zhan sneered, his eyes flashing with anger. "You're just a foolish mortal, Lin Feng. You think you can take on the likes of us?"

Lin Feng's eyes narrowed. "I've taken down countless foes like you before. You're nothing special."

The two men stood there, locked in a silent standoff, the only sound the heavy breathing of the surrounding thugs.

Suddenly, a faint rustling sound came from the shadows. Lin Feng's head whipped around, his hand instinctively reaching for the knife at his waist.

Xiao Zhan's eyes flicked towards the noise, his expression unreadable. "I think we've been had," he muttered.

Out of the darkness emerged a figure, tall and imposing, with piercing blue eyes that seemed to bore into Lin Feng's very soul.

"Ah, Xiao Zhan," the stranger said, his voice low and gravelly. "I've been looking for you."

Xiao Zhan's eyes widened in surprise. "Han Ming?"

The stranger nodded, his eyes never leaving Lin Feng. "The one and only. And you, Lin Feng, are a very interesting little pawn in a very big game."

Lin Feng's grip on his knife tightened. "What are you talking about?"

Han Ming chuckled, a cold, mirthless sound. "Oh, you'll find out soon enough. But for now, let's just say that Xiao Zhan here has a little secret that could ruin your entire world."

The atmosphere in the alleyway grew even more electric, the air thick with tension as Lin Feng and Xiao Zhan exchanged a look of growing unease.

"What secret?" Lin Feng demanded, his hand tightening around the knife.

Han Ming's smile grew wider. "Ah, but that would be telling. Let's just say that Xiao Zhan's little secret has the potential to take down not just him, but the entire city."

Lin Feng's eyes snapped towards Xiao Zhan, a cold fury burning in his chest. "You're hiding something from me, Xiao," he growled.

Xiao Zhan shrugged, his eyes never leaving Han Ming. "Maybe. But it's not like I have a choice."

The air was heavy with anticipation, the silence between the three men oppressive and foreboding.

And then, just as Lin Feng was about to strike, everything went black.

To be continued...
