Lin Qingxue's eyes never left Jiang Wanshan's face, her voice dripping with venom. "You're the one who orchestrated everything, aren't you? You're the one who brought me to this hellhole, who made me suffer, who made me lose everything."

Jiang Wanshan's expression remained calm, but the faintest hint of guilt flickered in his eyes. "Lin Qingxue, don't be so harsh. I did it for your own good."

"For my own good?" Lin Qingxue's laughter was like ice shattering. "You call this 'for my own good'? You call betraying me, destroying my reputation, and killing my friends 'for my own good'?"

The room fell silent, the tension palpable. The council members exchanged nervous glances, unsure of how to intervene. Jiang Wanshan, however, remained unmoved, his eyes never leaving Lin Qingxue's face.

"Jiang Wanshan, you're a monster," he growled. "You've destroyed our friend, our sister, and our sect. You'll pay for your betrayal."

Jiang Wanshan sneered. "You're too late, Yu Wen. The damage is done. Lin Qingxue is no longer our friend, and she'll never be the same again."

Lin Qingxue's face twisted with rage. "You'll regret those words, Jiang Wanshan," she hissed. "I'll make sure of it."
