**114章:黑暗的推演**
Chen Yang's eyes never left Lin Xuan's face, his grip on the man's wrist still tight. "You're hiding something from me," he repeated, his voice firm but controlled. Lin Xuan's eyes darted back and forth, his face pale and sweaty.
"I-I don't know what you're talking about," Lin Xuan stammered, trying to twist his hand free.
Chen Yang's gaze didn't waver. "Don't lie to me, Lin Xuan. I know you're involved in something shady. You're hiding something big, and I'm going to find out what it is."
Lin Xuan's eyes flashed with panic. He knew he was in trouble, and he knew Chen Yang was going to be a formidable opponent. He tried to reason with him, to explain that he was just an innocent bystander, but Chen Yang wasn't having it.
"Just tell me the truth, Lin Xuan," Chen Yang said, his voice low and even. "What are you hiding?"
Lin Xuan's eyes dropped, and he knew he was beat. He sighed, and his body relaxed, as if he had given up. "Okay, okay," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'll tell you. But you have to promise me one thing: you have to promise not to tell anyone else."
Chen Yang's grip on his wrist tightened. "What is it?" he demanded.
Lin Xuan took a deep breath before speaking. "It's about the hospital. There's something going on, something big. And I'm afraid I'm going to be the one who gets hurt."
Chen Yang's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean?"
Lin Xuan's eyes locked onto Chen Yang's. "I mean that there's something going on at the hospital, something that could put all of our lives at risk. And I think I'm the only one who knows about it."
Chen Yang's grip on Lin Xuan's wrist relaxed, and he pulled the man closer. "Tell me everything," he said, his voice firm and commanding.
And with that, Lin Xuan began to spill the beans, telling Chen Yang everything he knew about the hospital's dark secrets. Chen Yang listened intently, his eyes locked onto Lin Xuan's, his mind racing with the implications.
As the truth began to unravel, Chen Yang knew that he had stumbled into something much bigger than he had ever imagined. And he knew that he would have to use every ounce of his skill and cunning to uncover the truth and bring justice to those who had been wronged.
But as they spoke, Chen Yang noticed something strange. Lin Xuan's eyes kept darting towards the door, as if he was waiting for someone to arrive. And then, just as he was about to ask what was going on, the door burst open and a group of heavily armed guards stormed in.
"Lin Xuan, you're under arrest," one of them said, his voice cold and menacing.
Lin Xuan's eyes went wide, and he looked at Chen Yang in terror. "Run," he whispered.
And with that, Chen Yang knew that he had to act fast. He pushed Lin Xuan behind him, ready to face whatever lay ahead. But as he turned to face the guards, he saw something that made his blood run cold. The leader of the guards was none other than Zhang Wei, the hospital's director.
"What's going on, Zhang Wei?" Chen Yang demanded, his voice firm and commanding.
Zhang Wei's smile was cold and calculating. "You're just a foolish young doctor, Chen Yang. You don't know what's going on. But soon, you will."
And with that, the guards closed in, trapping Chen Yang and Lin Xuan. The game was afoot, and Chen Yang knew that he had to use every trick in the book to survive. But as he looked around, he knew that he was in over his head. And he wondered if he would ever make it out alive.
